Bringing teams together from across the UK & Ireland to reflect, connect and align on an exciting year ahead
We held our annual Consultant Conference, bringing together teams from across the UK & Ireland for a day of connection, celebration and forward planning. The event provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on the key highlights of 2025, align on priorities for 2026 and unveil exciting new developments across the business.
The day was filled with energy and engagement, from inspiring team sessions to collaborative discussions and a light-hearted challenge of sorting the traitors from the faithful. These moments created a strong sense of unity, reinforcing our commitment to teamwork and shared success.
Centred around the theme “Together we can do this,” the conference showcased a series of impactful presentations from team leaders and speakers, highlighting the power of ambition, collaboration and a collective vision for the future.
The event concluded with an inspiring keynote from Bonita Norris, who became the youngest person to climb both Mount Everest and reach the North Pole. Her talk, Focus not Fret, encouraged attendees to embrace courage, resilience and a positive mindset, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
