We celebrated World Menopause Day with a special Lunch & Learn
The Wellness Club hosted a belated Lunch & Learn session for World Menopause Day, taking advantage of the team’s bi-annual cycle meeting to bring everyone together!
We welcomed Uta Rebecca Boellinger, a nutritionist and women’s health expert from Cannelle Nutrition, who delivered an insightful talk on the changes women experience during peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause. She emphasised the power of nutrition and exercise in managing symptoms and improving overall wellbeing.
The session provided attendees with practical knowledge and invaluable insights, making it both educational and empowering. It left the team feeling informed and ready to take charge of women’s health.
